performanceThe Frankie Miller Songwriting Project Introducing Lyn Levett transgender dance composer extraordinaire, dancer, artist and actress. In over ten years as a performing artist, Lyn has released two albums and starred in several short films and theatrical extravaganzas on stage and at festivals. Among her recent performances was a performance at the ICA in London as part of the Drake Music Project's acclaimed Electrica. Lyn, who has cerebral palsy uses computer technology to create music and to work. Recently, through the Frankie Miller Project, Lyn is learning about filmmaking. "Cormac O'Kane asked me to join Frankie Miller Song Writing Project which is a fantastic opportunity to work with some amazing people and to promote my music to a wider audience. Working with Maria Robinson has given us an artistic dialog that was amazing and made working with her exciting and fun." "My hopes and aspirations are to be recognised as a professional musician and so to enable me to explore different musical paths that are interesting to me. I hope the launch of the CD will do this."
